Fifita about to announce his retirement. Not much interest out there for him except the super league which apparently he isn’t keen doing playing in.

No one was beating Penrith. No one.
I think some of us were saying that this time last year too, (and said it all throughout this season) not everyone believed us, not everyone wanted to accept the reality that a Penrith premiership was virtually inevitable this year, all the other clubs only hope was they picked up an absolute bucket load of season ending injuries. They got injuries, but not enough of them and not season enders.

I really think they’ll be on top for a while yet.

The only thing is it’ll be interesting to see how they cope without Koriasau, he was the only missing piece of the puzzle the year before they signed him, the year they got him, they instantly jumped clear of the pack. A world class 9 completes a football team, its so important. I dont know enough of Mitch Kenny to know if he’s on Api’s level, but they were using him quite a bit with Api last season, so Ivan clearly trusts him.

I really feel the 1-2 punch with two
Hookers in the 17 is what truly works again atm.

We really need to look at having mcinness start each week then bring Brailey on for the last 60 minutes each week. Need to keep him fresh so he can finally unlock his running game ect

they have soni luke, nsw cup 9 of the year and man of the match in the gf - very good player

mitch kenny is still there and they have a good flegg player as well
Yep, big gap to Api though at this stage. They'll still rightly be favourites but they come back to the pack a bit. They could probably have won this year even without Cleary.

It's their defence which is too good for any other team. When they're on, like the GF, no team can get out of their half.

It's unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it.

Burton’s manager is now saying that there will be offers as high as 1 million a year and if the dogs do want to keep him they’re going to have to up there original 750k 4 year deal.

Imo he ain’t worth anywhere near 1 million. Good luck to whoever signs him for that. Plus I still think his best position is in the centre’s.
