To be honest I can't see Fitzy bringing anyone from the Roosters, not for at least a couple of years maybe in his third year, he seems too loyal to Robbo & uncle Nick & maybe scared of the (the godfather)

Who said we were in for Finucane?

All hypothetical and hopeful thinking. We are desperate.

yeah I thought it was all hypothetical from what I read on here; I know news media has us nowhere near the mix for finucane; but he would

but there all this hype around reynolds.
we need a pack that is big , and mobile as someone put it last night (can't remember but a good point)

tolman does a job, not the no.1 forward. haven't seen him offload
toby we need to keep. last night I though he was the best forward we had
woods, man this guy disappoints me each time I'm hopeful he will do his job.
BHU, yeah hasn't been on fire

hunt - we will never see play again!!! the way his injury updates keep going.
talakai is a beast, keeping him but **** me I'm worried he will become chronic offender with the NRL. he needs to be quiet after that beuatiful shoulder
what stocks are we relying on?
Fifita???old, injured, apparently not fit, even tho he trimmed massively down during pre season??? will doubtful we see him, trying to offload.

our defence has gone to ****, need this fixed most of all.

stuff attack; that always comes off a good defence. attack happens. fix our defence.

Brent Read just said expects a decision in the next week on Reynolds and that he thinks Broncos have their noses in front. It was Reynolds camp that raised the idea of 4 years to broncos who knocked it back

I’d be open to four years

Just the total amount of money on offer doesn’t change

In your head, rent free
If he is asking for 2.8 over 4, id give him 2.7 over 3 and a club option at half the price. Its 100k more than we anticipated but we get our half back

We need to throw money @ Sam Walker. I'd give him 4 ys @ $3M with another 1 yr (club option) if we miss out on Reynolds.

I would also be looking at Nicho Hynes as 5/8 and offer him 3 yrs @2M

I'd be happy with Hynes/Walker or Hynes/Reynolds half pairings

Not saying that I agree we should sign him as a 5/8 but I reckon Hynes would probably take 3 years at 1.2

The cheaper the better but we need him. We are a rabble and need to invest hopefully on both Walker and Hynes as they are young and up and coming stars.

Edit - just re-read your post - I thought it said 2 yrs @1.2M
No way he leave Storm system for $400k per yr.

Fk Wade and his salary off completely..He’s a liability tbh..

Isn’t Dan Nichols a Sharks fan?

https://www.zerotackle.com/the-five-landing-spots-for-anthony-milford-nrl-104067/3/

The Sharks are likely to be looking for a new halves partnership in 2022 after ‘losing’ Chad Townsend and with contract negotiations with Shaun Johnson reportedly failing to progress. The club has been heavily linked with Adam Reynolds, but Craig Fitzgibbon may look to bring the former Samoan half to the club either way.

As mentioned, a potential partnership with Adam Reynolds makes a heap of sense. Reynolds can run the game allowing Milford to run and attack as he sees fit. Milford’s best performances came playing next to Ben Hunt who is a similar type of player to Reynolds. This would be a “for fit” signing and truthfully I don’t hate it for the right price.

Yeah that's just over the top mate, almost 700k on a bench player with no NRL experience at 5/8.

I’d be pretty happy with a Reynolds/Milf combo. Milf is only 26, there is plenty of time left for him to do something. No denying his talent
