I really hope that Flanno knows something behind closed doors. I'd hate to lose Val first and foremost but to also miss out on Benny if Val does go would be devastating.

With the whole Bennet saga it will be interesting to see what Pangai Junior does. Still unsigned for next year at this stage although he has verbally committed to the broncos. I wouldn't be suprised to see him sign for a year or two max. Personally i'd rather him than tapau if we could make it happen. Probably a pipe dream though.

My kids Coach was his Jnr Coach in NZ, I think he will go to Newcastle.

There's no Tevita Pangai Senior involved in the NRL, so the Junior actually has no relevance at all.

I didn’t think the Sharks would chase him but I was hoping he would go elsewhere.

Drinkwater will almost certainly win the Courier Mail Medal this year. He and Jake Clifford Have been far and away the best two players in the Qld Cup.
