I think the defence of "too drunk to give consent" is a load of ****. Even more so if he was intoxicated as well. I might drink drive and say that I was too drunk to make a proper decision.

I don't feel comfortable commenting either way, but if testimony from the trial is made public, surely it would be incredibly difficult for anyone to cheer this bloke, no matter their level of Eel devotion.
