White is a weak colour in my opinion.

I'd like a better black jersey, even though we always lose. I think a predominately black jersey with a touch of sky blue and white can potentially look awesome. Great colours to work with. Just needs a strong classic design.

I don't like the predominately white jerseys much either. It looks good for the dragons because they have blood red on it but they are the exception. Otherwise, every other club does seem to have an alternative white strip of some description but they invariably make me want to throw up.

Black is okish but really needs a strong colour against it like orange for example with the Tigers. Sky blue isn't strong enough against black for mine. The traditional jersey has the right colour blend as far as I'm concerned.

I can't see pictures on here any more but I suspect I know what jersey you are talking about and it looked quite good.

Didn't we play one in a yellow jersey late in the season. I was fairly inebriated but I remember a really ****ed up jersey making my eyes bleed.

It was round 26, last home game, against Manly and I think we needed to win to make the top 4.

Todd Carney signs deal with Queensland club
Zero Tackle - October 26, 2017 - 8:45 pm

Todd Carney has turned down a multi-million deal with a Super League club to return to Australia and press his claims for an NRL return.

7Sport is reporting that Carney has turned down a $1.2 million deal from Hull KR to play for Intrust Super Cup team Northern Pride in 2018.

31-year-old Carney still has the desire to play in the NRL and the move back to Australia gives him the opportunity to showcase his skills.

It’s unclear if the deal with the Pride has any clauses which would allow Carney to leave should an NRL team look to sign him.

It was reported recently that Raiders coach Ricky Stuart had flirted with the idea of a return to Canberra for Carney but the board shot down the idea given his history with the club.

Carney has a long history of indiscretions through his NRL career. Sacked by the Raiders, Roosters and most recently the by Cronulla after a photograph emerged of him appearing to urinate in his own mouth.
