Pretty sure Fergo ***ed up somewhere and uncle Nick covered it up and is now being used as leverage to make him sign for unders at the Rorters.

I read the same thing. I really don't see how that could be true.

So Uncle Nick has apparently "covered it up," yet some guy on a forum is talking about it. He didn't do a very good job then.

Surely Rothfield or Hooper or Masoud would be all over it that was true.

I'm not sure i'd trust Dugan and Ferguson in the same team.

I could see more bad headines heading our way if that were to happen.

Dugan appears to have turned the corner imo.

Anyway, is Cronulla really that far from the eastern suburbs? If they want to get up to no good, they will.

Fox league says a "promising forward, earmarked as a future NSW rep, is unhappy at his current club", has been telling teammates he wants to return to his previous club, and his previous club is keen to bring him back.

The only guys I can think of who fit the bill here are Vaughan, Peachey and maybe Nathan Brown, but Vaughan just extended, Peachey isn't your prototypical "forward" and Brown would be debatable as being earmarked for origin.

Mate at this time of year anyone who makes a line break gets earmarked as future origin player.

I thought Paulo or Tapine down in Canberra. Something's up down there. But could be anyone. Especially as journos throw around 'future rep player' like confetti.

Don't mind Tapine.

Typical Ricky though. He's had his good year at Canberra, all downhill now.

Totally. It's amazing that clubs don't see it. Clearly all he does is "inspire players to play for him", which works for a season or two but at some point you need smarts too. It's as if he is 50% of what a coach needs to be.

He's always had pretty good assistants with him to hide is deficiencies as a coach too. Cleary, Pay, Flannagan, Cartwright, Dymock and others have been his assistant coaches. Some of them have gone onto be good first grade coaches or highly rated future ones.

None of his teams have been well-drilled or disciplined. Maybe the Roosters premiership team but I can't really remember.

He has coached some of the ugliest and ill-disciplined football going.
