Considering Reynolds is off to the Tigpies there would have to be a large degree of confidence from the Dogs that they are landing or have landed (unofficially) Foran.
Unless they are thinking of moving forward with Mybe/Frawley in the halves they would have some sort of recruitment plans in place

I know he signed with Penrith but to my knowledge I haven't seen him play this year? Assuming he's in reserves?

Yeah I think so. Parra were supposedly trying to get him for the remainder of the year, not sure if that's still in progress.

I'd be much happier seeing that eventuate, I'll find it harder to cheer for Teddy at the chooks. Can't see him going anywhere but Bondi though, Latrell being dropped the last 3 weeks adds strength to it. Rumours floating around he told the coach where to stick it when he heard and could be moving to souths, just forum rumours though so take it as you will.
