Graham started in 2011. After 2017 he is eligible. Thats what im saying

Graham debuted for Penrith so is not eligible.

Our only potentially eligible players after Gallen retires are Leutele (already), Brown (in 2018), and Holmes (in 2019).

Not really, id rather beale out there and sign some depth. Something will come up, there were massive changes still happening this time last year.
