Probably not. He's played reserve grade most of his senior career.

Des has said he sees Mbye as a "future origin 9". They are also now chasing Foran. Lichaa won't be a Bulldog in 2018, and it would not surprise me if they sign Foran and move him on this season. Keep in mind they have also signed Cleeland as a depth half.
