Heres a question, I doubt Starling would come here if he wasn't guaranteed a spot in the 17, so my question is who gets dropped for him?

Also the club publicly denied they're after Starling, but we've heard that one before.....

Gee it is hard to see Starling walking into our top 17.

He is a rank average prop who is in and out of Manly's top 17, and that is a team with a stack on injuries.

I know we are a prop short but................

Considering heino is usually playing as a prop I definitely wouldn't be looking for a like for like replacement.

Sort of. I see him more as giving Taga some competition. Nathan Brown would be a more Heighno like type - smaller, more mobile.

Thanks puma. I hope you're right. I think I've given you **** here before for posting stuff without indicating a source or having much of a track record but I appreciate you sharing what you've heard (especially if it isn't damaging).

No reason to think he's after a guarantee of anything. Probably more interested in a deal post this year or the opportunity to push for one.
