Heard a rumour that the sharks are interested in Boyd Cordner. Dunno if it's been posted on here already, But seen it going round.

yeah can't see that happening but it would be great if true, always been a big fan of his

Would be finally good to have a decent wide running backrower

Would like us to really push everything for him. Ignite some mongrel when Ennis and Gallen are gone.
i can't see him leaving the Bulldogs, would take a lot of money and if he keeps this form up I don't think even offering gals money to him will be enough

Lets Say we have Chad and Maloney as our halves and we push Bird into the centres , we have Beale , Leutele , Barba ,Holmes ,Feki for the remaining backs spots , I would rather Holmes at fullback as he is the future , Barba has not produced any of his former ability , overall he has been very average , he has 10 rounds of footy to redeem himself a. We also have Jacob Gagan back next year .
1.Holmes
2.Feki
3.Beale/Leutele
4.Bird
5.Gagan
6.Maloney
7.Townsend

Anyone think Barba would be happy to be a star bench player? Holmes will want to be the top fullback & we want to keep him so we will have to put him there, Feki one wing but not to sure on the other winger, Gagan was good last year dont get me wrong but he's got an injury record against him, Beale/Leutele & Bird will be the 2 centres id say. If Barba stays he might have to be a high paid impact player.

Exactly . Why can't Barba play 5/8 in NSW Cup this year .
If he plays well in that position and deserves a recall , that's a good thing .
I hate short light fullbacks .
I want height , weight , speed, elusiveness and a passing game .

I'd prefer us picking our best players in the team. Which if there are no injuries would mean Barba and Holmes sharing fullback/wing, Feki, Beale, Bird. There will always be an injury or two so it shouldn't matter too much, depth is nice.

Gagan gets far too much love on these forums at the moment, he can earn a spot next season.

Got to agree with that, he has heaps of potential but until he can show an injury free run he shouldn't see any first grade.

Just read Lewis Brown is off to manly for 3 years, I really wouldn't mind us picking up another 2nd rower and a prop.

I know it's not a popular opinion but I'd give Dave Taylor a crack for 1-2 years for say 200k a season. Titans would be paying an extra 200k for 2016 to top him up and if he shows he can play we could offer the opportunity for an upgrade into 2017. If it falls through we haven't lost much, and if he finds some of that sharks prop regeneration that we seem to have he could be an awesome signing.
