Antonio has just signed a 3 year deal with the Cowboys. Reports say he was unwanted by the Storm.

Now why did we not make a play for him instead of Armit??? I know we should be in the hunt for outside backs, but why sign Armit if there was a prop of Kaufusi's stature on the market???

My guess is that the Cowboys had more room left under the cap than we did, and/or that Kaufusi had already made a decision to return to Queensland.

Firstly because we dont really need to go hard in the market for props and secondly because he would cost about $150k more than Armit. Is that a good enough reason for you. **** me!!!

Also, Armit is still not a confirmed signing. Nothing has come from the club or the media about him. In the RLW there is an article on Peek which mentions that his manager is still talking to clubs including the sharks.
