Swans vs Giants will be on Saturday at 3:20pm. If the Sharkies are on at 7:30 you might be able to do a double header.....

The AFL having a week of has created a unique conundrum. I'm having to book tickets for swans giants tomorrow, but depending on where and when the sharks play I might not be attending

As you'd probably imagine mate. He divides opinion. I know Sam is passionate about the cats. Hell, until Cory Enright passed 300 games last year to make it 3, Sammy was one of only 2 in Geelong history to have reached the magic 300 mark. He loves the club no doubt and can also be one if its fiercest critics - due to his depth of feeling for the hoops.
However, he does have a tendency to say dumb things. Sometimes I wonder just how much is down to perpetuating that media persona he's built over the years. He can certainly come across as a patronising, misogynistic bully and it makes me - and a lot of other cats cringe - but he can also be quite sincere at times. I'm remembering some things he said, particularly directed at men of his age a few years ago, about prostate cancer and not being afraid to get yourself checked out.
For me, I'd say "hello" and "go cats" if I saw him but I wouldn't want to have a beer with him.
Cory Enright on the other hand, he'd not be buying a drink all night. :cheers
