hahaha - nah he has played on the wing in nsw cup before

basically, that is his pathway with us, so hopefully he loves us enough to play wing

Like I said I haven’t seen a lot of him. Does he look like he could easily make the transition to a full time winger? What I mean by that is how is his hands? Would he be a big strong winger or is speed more his game?

Ferris has played 1-5 in the 20’s but mostly centre this season. A strength of his game is bringing the ball out from his own end, which is possibly a reason why snowman is suggesting he’ll be a good winger.

There was an article a while ago saying he was not being offered a contract by the Sharks. Since the start of 2018 he’s been overtaken by Ramien, Xerri, Mulitalo and Katoa, we signed JMoz, and Ferris is probably ahead of him for next year.

To re-sign Gray you’d have to value his ‘experience’ over someone a lot younger & almost as good with a higher upside.
