Depends how long ago - The Norman used to be the best for years, but dropped off. Normanby was up there about 5 years ago, but **** for steaks now.

Couple years ago it was bloody nice.. must admit my pet hate not bothered lining up at a joint to order my meal, hate waiting for my number to come up and having to go collect it from the counter. Especially when they stick ya $40 plus for a meal.
