teflon77's ratings for Cronulla vs Souths (NRL Premiership, Round 17, 2011)

3 Points - John Morris: Best game for us since he got here. His running game is more selective and his short passing game terrorised the bunnies. Bout time. Best player on the field. (9/10)
2 Points - Luke Douglas: Great game by the big fella. How he hasnt gotten a start in the blues squad is mind boggling. He will be missed. (8/10)
1 Point - Matthew Wright: This kid just turns up every week. I'm glad he re-signed. He just loves his football and is probably destined for the centres. Played tough again yesterday and it was great to see him cross for a couple. (8/10)

- Nathan Gardner: Turning into a real superstar. Would lead the comp with tackle busts and close to the best in line breaks. Big effort considering his injury. The focal point of our attack and we are lost without him. (7/10)
- Ben Pomeroy: Solid effort by Poms. Made a couple of good runs on the right and the Bunnies did well to contain him. (6/10)
- Colin Best: Has really started to show us what he is capable of in his last couple of games. Has great footwork for a big centre and troubled the bunnies on every touch. (7/10)
- Nathan Stapleton: Hope Snowman is starting to see the benefit of this guy. Much improved footballer who does the hard work along with Wright should be our first choice wingers. That around the corner pass was sweet. (8/10)
- Wade Graham: Still playing like a lock and really should end up there. Tackles hard and competes on every play. This kid is a class act and should be locked up long term. (7/10)
- Chad Townsend: Is the controlling halfback we havent had in forever. Kicking fell away a little bit in the second half but gives great service to the backs and puts his body on the line in defence. Has to stay at 7 for us long term. (7/10)
- Jayson Bukuya: Gee he is a good player. His development this year just highlights our depth in the backrow. Missed a couple of tackles yesterday which is uncharacteristic before being injured. Solid without being spectacluar. (6/10)
- Anthony Tupou: There is no way we should let this guy go. He has had a hand in just about all our tries scored down that left side and is a class act. The players we have signed will not be able to fill the void if he is shown the door. (8/10)
- Jeremy Smith: Great captains knock. Owns that middle part of the field and his leadership is outstanding. Was quick to lift Bakuya's head after a mistake and played through injury. We will always be hard to beat when he and Gallen play. (7/10)
- Johnny Mannah: Played well on limited game time. Went forward strongly and started to show his potential. I thought he was underused. (6/10)
- Sam Tagataese: This guy could be anything. Would there be a quicker forward in the comp? Remarkable considering his size. Three from three with the big Tagatese. (7/10)
- Stuart Flanagan: Hardly sighted but that kick out of dummy half was terrible. Will struggle to hold his spot with either Aiton or Kelly to strengthen the squad. (5/10)
- Taulima Tautai: Went forward well and didnt make any mistakes which is unlike him. Don't know if he was deserving of points big Snowman. (6/10)
- Josh Cordoba: Couple of mistakes and penalties but took the ball forward. Much imporved this year. (6/10)
