3 Points - Kade Snowden: Wow. Responded to the KO of Douglas by doing the work of three people. Great defence, two try assists, hit after hit. Showed a lot of skill and leadership. 39 tackles all up. (10/10)
2 Points - Paul Gallen: I criticise him when he tries to do too much, but he was on again tonight! Saved us in our own half over and over and over, getting us up to the halfway line with some massive runs. Strong tackling, strong simple hit-ups. Unfortunate mistake near the end, but it's better to keep playing footy than shut up shop. (9/10)
1 Point - John Williams: Like Best, his defence was awesome. Was also extremely safe at the back under some major pressure. (9/10)
- Nathan Gardner: A great game at the back, aside from one early error. Made some Houdini escapes from the in-goal area. Not quite as involved in attack as normal. (8/10)
- Matthew Wright: A little bit slow in defence for two of Manly's tries, but aside from that had an excellent all round game. Finished the first try nicely. (7/10)
- Ben Pomeroy: Good hands for the first try to Wright, punishing defence. (8/10)
- Colin Best: Superb defensive game. Crunched the Manly players over and over. Very unluck to miss out on 3-2-1. (9/10)
- Albert Kelly: Quiet game, but did a heap of defence, and powerful defence at that. (7/10)
- Wade Graham: Showed what he was capable of. Great long kicking game, confident field goal, much better 5th tackle options in the second half, bruising defence. (8/10)
- Paul Aiton: Two forward passes in the first half were extremely costly at the time. Got better once he cut that out. (6/10)
- Luke Douglas: Started well, then got concussed. (7/10)
- Jeremy Smith: Quiet game, still some good hits. (7/10)
- Anthony Tupou: Was killing them in the first half with his defence, really punishing tackles. Unfortunately got almost no ball again, as we were constantly coming out of our half. (8/10)
- Josh Cordoba: Most improved Trophy 2011. When he came on for Douglas, we actually didn't lose much at all, that's how good he is playing. (8/10)
- Broderick Wright: I didn't notice much, but he didn't let us down. (7/10)
- Stuart Flanagan: Made a big difference when he came on. Genuine dummy half passing brought a lot of organisation. Also made some good darts from dummy half, and scored a try. (8/10)
- Johnny Mannah: Only got 4 minutes of game time (6/10)
