3 Points - Albert Kelly: a good start and more like this and 2010 will be forgotten (9/10)
2 Points - Luke Douglas: also a good game, i also realised he scored the first try for us in 2010 and 2011 (8/10)
1 Point - Kade Snowden: played well typical snowden perfomance (8/10)

- Nathan Gardner (7/10)
- Matthew Wright: Looked off at times and struggled often, better 2nd half (4/10)
- Dean Collis (6/10)
- Colin Best: almost a 7, didnt desreve to get penalised for contesting a high ball (6/10)
- John Williams: a god buy (7/10)
- Wade Graham (5/10)
- John Morris (6/10)
- Jeremy Smith: played well (7/10)
- Anthony Tupou: unlucky to not get in my 3-2-1 (7/10)
- Paul Gallen: a couple of unlucky drops and penalties but hes a work horse and didnt stop (7/10)
- Josh Cordoba (7/10)
- Broderick Wright (6/10)
- Paul Aiton: good to see his fire coming off the bench (7/10)
- Johnny Mannah: put on some solid hits (7/10)

2 Points - John Williams: seemed very safe/ confident in his position
1 Point - Albert Kelly: decent short kicking game into raiders in goal area and seemed busy.

3 Points - Luke Douglas: Best forward for the sharks. Plays his same with same consistency no matter what the occassion. Sign him now. (7/10)
2 Points - Nathan Gardner: Made a few mistakes but was most likely in a blue jersey (6/10)
1 Point - Anthony Tupou: Started really well. Looks more enthusiastic than last year. (6/10)

- Matthew Wright: Hard to out-jump Fergo no matter who you are. Brought the ball back with purpose. (6/10)
- Dean Collis: A few good touches but needs to involve himself more. (5/10)
- Colin Best: same as Collis. (5/10)
- John Williams: Was solid but never looked dangerous (6/10)
- Albert Kelly: Tried hard and will improve. Through a few wobbly passes. (6/10)
- Wade Graham: Needs to take more control. Some bad last tackle options. (4/10)
- Kade Snowden: Ran hard at start of game but lost enthusiasm once score blew out. (6/10)
- John Morris: Solid performance but again, never looked dangerous. (6/10)
- Jeremy Smith: Dissapointed with his effort. Was hoping his style would rub off on sharks not vica verca. (4/10)
- Paul Gallen: One of worst games in a sharks jersey. Did get targeted by ref but made elementary errors (4/10)
- Josh Cordoba: Ran the ball hard when he came on. (5/10)
- Broderick Wright: Lacks punch. Bring on Bakuya! (4/10)
- Paul Aiton: Aimed head at wrong player. If he'd of hit Fergo it would have been worth the suspension. (4/10)
- Johnny Mannah: Needs confidence to get back to barmstorming best. (4/10)

2 Points - Anthony Tupou: Would like to see him play less minutes but we need him on the field as much as possible.
1 Point - Albert Kelly: Liked what I saw, threw a few nice passes, tackled ok and put in a few grubbers.

3 Points - Albert Kelly: Best of a bad bunch. Ripped in when he is not the biggest guy out there and the only one to show any spark in attack. Good start to the year for him anyway. Hope he improves when the team do.
2 Points - Kade Snowden: I was worried that he would start the year slow with all the contract stuff going but the Raiders couldn't handle him. Trouble was we couldn't handle the ball.
1 Point - Nathan Gardner: Not a good game by his standards but good to see him lurking around the ruck, that will lead to some tries this year. He also puts 100% into his tackles when it is just him between the player and the tryline. He wont get them every time but he rarely gets trampled.
