The travel, recovery & prep is the unknown, considering we then fly to WA the following week you hope our management or coaching staff has this sorted, on squad quality & first up performance we had you’d think we get the Cowboys.

Just looked at the Cowboys squad on the NRL site and I could only pick out 9 of the 26 that are on there that you would consider are reasonable or better than reasonable players.

Drinkwater, Taulagi, Dearden, JT, Nanai, Bateman, Robson, Cotter, Luki.

I deliberately left out guys like Clifford, Neame, Hess, Lawton as I think they are decidedly average.

There are other guys I know who are probably good like Laybutt, Purdue, Chester, etc, but they are pretty green I think.

We should really be too good for these guys. Interesting to see how they go against Manly.

Throw in McIntyre who was good for them last season, Burns who has always been good but too injury prone and Duffy who looks like a good young halfback and that’s pretty much the team but you’re correct it appears far from a top 4 unless a handful of guys step up

But I do think it can be a lethal attacking side if you let them

We make a couple less unforced errors and roll them though

5:30 in the middle of march, trainers better be keeping them bottles full, probably ' feels' the hottest part of the day about then ( right now ) Going to park myself on the northern ( open ) end this time, closer to a hydration station and get as far as possible from the numpties that give the cowbells a workout after every 3 metre break. Cows had a bit of a interrupted pre season, and they still have a couple of youngsters in the mix at training, so Payten probably doesn't know his best 17 yet but going by what we produced yesterday we should really have no problems bagging 2 points here .LET'S GO SHARKS.!!

Obviously have to watch them on the weekend but I can’t see them getting past Manly and if we are anything like we were in Vegas I don’t see them getting even close to us.

Going to need Sione back playing in 1 through 5 in this for his Radradra like hit ups
Nah let’s go with Stonestreet from 1-5 because he’s just so fast and breaks so many tackles and Hynes from 6-13 because he’s in such great form 🤣 Then we will have you replace the mermaids with your Pom Pom’s

You must have missed his blistering pace, air superiority and the benefits of a bigger body.

So did I.
