As I've been told a million times, size isn't everything.
Colour of the carpet more important HB?

I agree with all of this. Upcoming trip is all about betting. How will Union benefit from NRL partnering with US gambling companies?
It's not about ingraining NRL across the US. We just want a crumb of the massive emerging sports betting pie.
They can fund more than 1 thing at once.
Yep. Tigers and Bunnies are head and shoulders above the rest of the teams with this stuff.Wests Tigers confirm pathways squads
Several players now in the NRL squad were on hand to present the current batch of pathways' players with their jerseys ahead of the opening round of the junior representative season.www.weststigers.com.au
I just thought how professional this Tigers announcement looks, they name everybody from the head coach down thru the team physio to the team manager. Kudos
So too much KFC gives you chicken pox?
Bet ya he checked the calamine lotion wasn't strawberry milk flavoured.
As well as being fat and lazy"Josh Schuster is no certainty to be fit for Rd1 after contracting chicken pox, fracturing his finger (required fusion surgery) & suffering a calf strain over the past 2 months (via SMH). Obviously a horrid run, compounded by Schuster’s extensive calf injury history"
per NRL physio
What a mess this bloke is haha
Haha you’re not wrong manAs well as being fat and lazy
Dogs have a Solid group of Qlders too.Queensland Under 19 Emerging Origin squad named
Queensland’s next generation of State of Origin representatives will assemble in Brisbane this Sunday.www.qrl.com.au
Interesting how the Roosters have 4 of the squad members, easily leaving every other sydney based club in the dust
Yeah true. they have , Marshall I think his name is, pretty sure he was in the Qld u/19 last year , lots of expectations with himDogs have a Solid group of Qlders too.
Only one in that squad, but they have Oloapu and a few other who all are turning 20.
Give it two to three years and he'll be the same size and everyone else will be 6 inches or more taller.Sign him up
Yeah - Marshall is awesome.Yeah true. they have , Marshall I think his name is, pretty sure he was in the Qld u/19 last year , lots of expectations with him
They are pretty solid as a club from HMs thru to Flegg
Must pay off for them eventually
Yup.Give it two to three years and he'll be the same size and everyone else will be 6 inches or more taller.
Hopefully they learn how to tackle in the meantime though, as there definitely could have been some better efforts
Everyone didn't outgrow him though he's still massive haha, but yeah, couldn't convert that advantage or even his physical tools in Cup, into NRLYup.
There were several videos of Pele doing similar stuff at 16-17.
Yeah agree. Same general idea though. When you are kid you can get by or stand out just by being bigger than other kids. Real test of the kid in the video is how hard he runs against kids he knows can tackle him.Everyone didn't outgrow him though he's still massive haha, but yeah, couldn't convert that advantage or even his physical tools in Cup, into NRL
Interested to see how he goes in SL
Was more thinking of two kids I played in like 13s who were unstoppable behemoths at that age, fairly stoppable big players by 14 and 15 and then stopped playing. Met one again years later and he was a squat little adult, don't think he'd grown an inch.
The big kid who gets a sudden urge to develop his passing game after being sat down hard once in the gameYeah agree. Same general idea though. I've seen plenty of kids who can score 3 tries a game against the weaker teams but won't take a hit-up in their own half against the good ones.
