She played less minutes this week but thought her output was still really good.
Wheeler coming back into team from bench affected her usage a bit I think. Looking forward to seeing them both start this week.

Photo was all about Ellie mate.
I didn’t rate Tayla from the first two games either. Titans game she was solid though. Kicks found the mark and her defence was steady for the most part.
Just looks awkward tbh. The mechanics of her passing are all wrong, and passes too hard. Needs work. I think you just don’t like her because she is boring. Kick, talk, tackle. Not exciting but that should be enough to help her team win if she does it well.
I will say though… her goal kicking is garbage. My son was better at 11. FMD a gun female goal kicker could name her price in the NRLW.

Allana Ferguson was talking about kicking coaches in female RL on CH9 the other week.
Can't remember exactly what she said but believe it was along the lines she only had one for the last couple years of her Career.

That's moreso tactical. I think they need better development of fundamentals for girls across the board. That might come with greater numbers in juniors.
The way Preston passes, she's obviously never had the Uncle Wayne talk "the best pass is one that is easy to catch".
Is it fair to call that equivalent of 8 or even 12 weeks though?
Women season much much shorter so any suspension is more significant
A bloke could be suspended 10 games and still play more season than a woman who misses 1 (by total games, not %)

Do they have different grading in the judiciary? It would be a difficult process to manage. A bunch of things which would be 1 game suspension in the NRL that come out as 0.3 of a NRLW game.

You’d think it would be fair to have some kind of acknowledgement it’s a much shorter season so suspension is more impactful.
Burgess hit on Hazleton for example - last prior was nearly 12 months ago, missing 3 games for it. Would that hit, even with priors, warrant missing 1/3 of regular season?
