There attack is pretty bad generally. If we aren't stupid with the ball we should outscore them. Need to make sure we defend well and use our outside backs well.

Our ability to beat/compete with the warriors, raiders and rabbitohs and panthers come finals time. We should have beat the raiders and the warriors already. We really need to be within 10 points if we lose and win 2-3 of these 4 games coming up for the rest of the year.
Better hope SJs missus has their baby soon and he plays this week, or next week its SJs 200th game as a Warrior.

@XGinga not sure where you got your Wests Tigers list from but on the NRL team list page, it has Asu Kepaoa in the number 2 jersey rather than David Nofoaluma.
Yeah I had it prewritten to what I thought the team was going to be and then tried to update but looks like I missed that one. Fixed now.

Probably doesn't make much difference but I'd guess Rudolf drops to bench

Playing the Tigers is better than the bye. Because when you have a bye your F/A stays the same for that round.

Why is it assumed the Tigers will be looking to regain some respect and pride? They never had any to begin with. A team that does doesn't get 70 points put on them by a mediocre team like the Cows

As bad as Tigers are as a team and club you can get smashed by a big score (Storm did it to us) but 70+ that's attitude and culture right there, that's not having a go and giving up

Their players don't care about their jersey, their fans, their coaches or winning for their club. It's a place to get a paycheck and have some lolz

We could try to lose this game and would prob still win

Only advantage Tigers have is the home game but it's not even their actual home ground - it's Parra's lol , not that I would expect many turn up after last weeks debacle at the hands of the Cows.

Tigers have pulled off some remarkable wins here and there this season but I think they could be done with turning up now and are thinking of vacation.

When they have an actual crack they can make things interesting but it so rarely happens

I don't usually get too complacent but the Tigers are just so bad and the Sharks must be one of if not the most consistent clubs at winning against bottom 8 opponents. We don't really drop the easy games anymore and Tigers just like the Dragons have not beaten us in a fair while now.

All the same I will be shitting myself if we don't have a comfortable lead by the 60 minute mark

Based on last week and ladder positions, Sharks, Raiders and Rabbitohs should be winning big this week. The Sharks with no SOO players are in best position to post the biggest score as both Raiders and Rabbitohs have outs due to SOO and injuries.

Dragons at least looked like they tried even though they were well out of their weight class
Tigers and Bulldogs were embarrassing to watch. Gave up but knew they risk being fined by actually walking off

Bold prediction (maybe not) I think we put 60+ on them. Nikora & Ramien doubles and Hazelton makes it 3 weeks in a row!
I'm liking the look of our team with Hunt and BHU to be included giving us a good rotation of solid forwards. At their best Sharks are capable of beating any top side. I would like Moylan to go now, have a season ending injury of for Fitz to make call and drop him. Tricky offers much more and coupled with Nicho could develop into a lethal combination. Wade like Moylan is not a one club player having both come from Panthers. I have special regards for 1 club Sharks players, however Wade has served this club well and as such have high regards for him. Having said that, I would like him out off top 17 and on reserves list.

Wishing significant injuries on our players, always a sign of a classy bloke

I gave 3 possibilities for Moylan of which 1 was injury. Does that make me 2/3 a classy bloke? I'll cop that as we aren't all perfect. Hey, I don't wish injury not just on our players but all players BUT it is a possibility in our game and if it happens I won't be upset, he still gets paid whilst injured. There are many here who will not lose any sleep if it happened to be. I could add a 4th possibility, season ending suspension which is the least likely of all to occur.

Good to see Calqhoun finally gets a run.

Wish we could experiment a bit against struggling teams, dropping Wade to 18th man, and trialling Tracey or Berrell in the middle

No I think coming out saying you want a Sharks player to have a significant injury overrides being a classy bloke because you also don't mind if he got dropped or, what is the 3rd option, 'goes'?

Maybe you should wish Tricky would string together enough good NSW Cup performances to actually earn the spot?
I'd be happy for him to have a run but it seems like for every NSW Cup game he dominates (when the Jets have an easy win) there is one not long after where he looks disinterested or plays bad.
Apparently he 'offers so much more' but it only shows selectively, much like we accuse Moylan of doing.
We're 2/3 of the way through the season (with the best points per game), yes we struggle against stronger teams but I wouldn't say it is the time to throw out a lethal combination to try and develop a different one.

If you watched Cogger get around for Penrith and thought that could be Tricky for us then it is time to ship Tricky off to England for two seasons to run a team over there. Hopefully we are are on a Premiership or two when he gets back...

To me it just seems like a pretty crappy attitude to get around with, wishing workplace injuries on people. But hey, you don't have to care what I think.
