Anyone know the process for writing a complaint to the club? Ticketed members for 16 years, paid for our tickets in October, they still haven't arrived. Digital and printed ticket doesn't work at the gate, incredibly rude and unhelpful gate staff treat us like criminals, direct us away and nearly make us miss kick off, say 'it needs to be sorted out' before eventually giving up 15 minutes later and letting us in.
