I would have thought the response last night was important after last week's second half.

A loss is fine, the way we played last night is not.

I think (rightly, or wrongly) the second half was a little written off as a result of the 5 day turnaround/away to Melbourne thing. Even Fitzy said in his presser that they didn't look right first half.

The response next week should be telling.

As dissapointing as the loss was we only lost by 9 n only let in 16pts at a ground we never play well at against a team that we hav struggled against in the past. Nxt wks response is key n with Dale back there will n should b no excuses...

I think the score concealed how bad we played & a top team would have put a big number on us.

Actually think we missed the enthusiasm of Fifita out there , not sure we would have won but may have improved the effort.

Ironically it was prob his best game of the year, but we I agree we really needed another prop/middle last night. We are really missing Finucane and BHU
