Until we stop missing crucial tackles around our goal line especially, we can't be considered a top 4 side. Sad bit is they think they're a defensive side and have worked on their defence.

I guess ups and downs are expected until we learn and cement ourselves with lots of alternative plays. It looked like we know how to play one style of game and do it very well however if defence shuts that play down we do not have any alternatives.

We lost. It hurts. Let’s learn from it and move on.

I fairness Fitz is rookie first grade coach and is still figuring out the style of coach he is going to be.

He is still building relationships and trust with players and working out the most effective way to get the best out of them.

In addition, he probably would have known our game plan wasn't working which is on the coaching staff - not just the players.

I did not recognize him on one carry - I thought who is the old bloke?

Saying that, he will be fine. -he warmed up with a nice hit from the inside later.

Talakai made two significant runs up the guts, it hurt the broncos. you could see it
they didn't expect that, because they concentrated their defense out wide

they held on; we didn't do much

Had a bad feeling about tonight after last week.

Didnt think the performance in the first half was too attrocious. Hopefully that second half was abit of a reality check because we didnt play the style of footy we needed to. Another try was scored in their first set of the second half and another 5 minutes later which was really disappointing. It looked as if we subconciously had brisbane beat in 40 minutes before we even kicked off. We havent looked great whenever Dale isnt on the field and we still havent put anywhere near an 80 minute performance together. Alot of improvements need to be made but to be expected with a new coach and new team. Next weeks response will be really interesting.

Lot of cries from comm team that Staggs won. Didn’t see him making big efforts in the middle. Credited his defence for a miscommunication between Talakai and Graham even.

They did a great job on Talakai but Ferbie was more better than Ramien than Stagg was over Sifa

Variation.

The thing is we were kicking on the fourth and we had a mad kick chase. We would pin the teams down and gain field advantage.

The last few games, it seems we've lost that.
