Look at the arms on Xerri in those photos. Can’t believe he is only 18. If you look at photos from a couple years ago, it’s crazy to think how much muscle he’s put on

Yep. Turning 21 so not 20’s eligible. Re-signed recently too. Not sure where he will play though. He might end up as the bench utility.

What other gauge can we measure young players by? Not everyone makes the NRL at 19, and being one of the best players on your NSW Cup team at 20/21 is a much better indicator of success than carving up the NYC or making junior rep teams.

He looks like a natural footy player doesn’t he? He’s got that Koori style. He doesn’t look overly small to me. Just shy of 90 kegs is workable. And he’s a country boy so he’ll have natural toughness. I’m disappointed he won’t get a run now SJ is in. Still we could easily lose Dugan/SJ and Morris to injury, so who knows.

How is Mags coming along? A year or so ago he was touted as the next Gallen. Surely with Gallen still playing that at least makes him better than a Capes?

Mags goes ok but I would have Jack Williams ahead of him for the Gallen role and it would seem the coaches do as well

Williams is an impressive young forward for sure, very strong and skillfull, shame got injured last year would have played more FG
