Did you have to call and request it to be sent out? Or did you just renew and expect them to be sent out like every other year?

I can't remember where I heard or read it, but I was told we had to indicate we wanted them sent?

I tried to cal but phone just rang out (not a good sign) so I decided to email them on members@sharks.com.au
