A totally harmless, decent, upstanding family man and rugby league player who has watched a little too much American sport and read one too many self-help books that makes him comes across as a bit of a (highly successful) flog. There's plenty of players who deserve to have it heaped on them before him.

And as of 2016 he's our flog forever.

He plays the same way and one of the reasons I couldn’t stand him when he was with us, he wanted to be that clutch guy so bad but never could be so he always fudged it

There were some people who couldn’t see it back then and clearly some still can’t

I feel very sorry for the cowboy fans

I don't think the funeral was about his playing ability, just the way he carries onb these days with the vlogs, clothes, businesses, hair, etc

Chad is ok.

He's articulate, so the podcasts suit him.

He's great at promotion, so it's fine that he has his own merch.

It's great to have your own logo, helps to make a brand.

But his only downfall is that he's not a superstar.

But, best of luck to him, I hope he has fun doing it, and I'm sure there's fans out there getting kicks out of it

Yep. I don't have any issues with him on field, he's a halfback, that's what they do.

He's a massive tosser off it though.

It's just a numbers game. With their profiles (the other players he's in the gold clothing business with) they will get tens of thousands of people interested. And that's a win for the content their creating. It's totally irrelevant to him if a million others think he's a tosser. Which I don't believe is the case anyway.

He's a good decent fella and it's harmless. If it were some piece of **** scumbug doing this I would negative about it

Even if he over rates his abilities and popularity people like Chad aren't the problem and ya gotta start somewhere if you wanna build a brand/profile. He's thinking beyond just his NRL career.
