Feeder club I guess. Send our reggies to Wyong.

If it's gonna happen it will be hard to see The Sharks not taking their away home game to Morrie Breen Oval.

The game at Gosford wasn't exactly a success so going up the road to wyong wouldn't be much different i'd reckon. I'd prefer to see them take this game to country nsw/qld

Been hearing that the club is interested in extending the Melbourne merge for another year due to it's success.

Also if we do merge with Wyong, is it the same as the Melbourne merge where we fit both teams players into the same squad? Or is it similar to the Jets and Bears agreements? Because I've heard both...

If we are splitting up the Storm partnership, ill be a bit disappointed, look at our NSW Cup team this year, wiping out everything in its path, our best hope for a title this year, yeah its just the NSW Cup, but its something to put in our pretty but empty trophy cabinet isnt it? LOL

What does everyone think about Flannos theory on having 4 to 5 State of Origin players in the squad? Now we have Gallen and Lewis out for extended periods and Graham and Tupou from what I would consider the added pressure origin places on them. I agree partly with his theory but I believe in our 2014 Squad we have to look at a decent Kiwi or Pommy international or two. Are there any available for next season?

As long as we have the depth to cover them, which we do, i don't have a problem with it.

Dunno who the 4 or 5 are. Gal, Lewis and Fifita are the only ones that come to mind right now. Carney is a chance next year, but there is always competition for the elusive number 6.

Gordon wont play origin again. Too many young blokes IMO that would get picked over him as either FB or on the wing.
Graham is also at long odds. Too many backrowers to chose from, will be a few years before he is picked, and when he is, guys like Lewis and Gal will be assistant coaches. Even so Lewis isnt a shoe in for origin at all.

Next year we might only see Gal and Fifita there, unless there is another flavour of the month prop by then, thats usually how it works.

Our issue this year wasnt origin as such. Gal got hurt in game 2, and also Lewis in game 3. But Lewis injury is just a strain, and the short turn around is the main reason he wont play tonight. Gal went into origin 1 under an injury cloud (like last year) and comes out of the other side of origin with still 2-3 weeks on the sidelines. Since he went off in the first minute against Knights, he has played 1 game.
