No. But other clubs have 3 or 4 times the staff we have.
Brisbane have 11 people in their membership team, we have 2 fulltimers who work in different sections if the club as well and some volunteers.

I've suggested people/fans can donate some time this time of yr or other busy times to help out with stuff like members mails outs etc, I cant remember exactly what the answer was but it wasn't as simple as me or others volunteering our time.

if the two fulltimers actually knew WTF they were doing and did their job properly instead of taking pics of themselves at work on instagram all the time, there wouldnt be a problem. im still waiting on my other 4 membership packs. i signed up in october last year FFS. **** me this mob are ****ing useless.

attention to detail is something they seriously lack down there in the membership team. 4 years in a row now my membership has been sent somewhere else.
last year it was sent to the wrong address 3 times before i eventually had to pick it up from the club. i cant imagine how many others are having the same problem, and how much money is being wasted on merchandise etc that is getting re-sent.

Indeed. I have no idea even though I have asked people several times how it works. Still have no idea.
I have to admit, I have never had a problem with my membership pack arriving on time. This year as well, just one day after they were sent out, I got mine.

Mine is always a few days after it should be but that's just the postal system down here, we haven't even got to carrier pigeons yet.

Anyway, gave the second pack away to a kid down the road whose parents are doing it a bit tough at the moment.

There's not a chance in hell I'll remember to bring my football club membership form with me when I come to Cronulla so will probably just end up paying for it.
