Hard to compare last year as it was a Monday night. But in 2011 it was a Friday night and they got 27,800. Still a good crowd but 30% more is a far bit extra.

I'b be interested to see the TV ratings when they come out as well. I'd bet last night's game rated better than the 2011 game.
