No, would be good to get the 'home' final in the first week. Wouldn't mind finishing 5th and Brisbane sneaking into 8th.

Losing all three could see us miss out all together.

1 or 2 wins should guarantee no worse than 6th and a final in Sydney.

I am not sure about the Cowboys v Knights.

Part of me wants the Knights to win , which ends the Cowboys season.They are looking dangerous and would come to Sydney deflated the week after.

On the other hand , a Cowboys win keeps the Knights off our tails.

Just keep winning ourselves I guess is the answer.

Want Cowboys to beat the filthy knights. I'm confident we can beat the Cowboys at our joint. Beat the Raiders,win 3 semis in a row, then win the GF in the final minute. Easy

We won't make top 4, so it really doesn't matter who we play in the finals - just make sure we get there.

If we're trying to avoid playing certain teams in the finals - we won't win it anyway.

Agree with this. To me it should be quite simple. If the game invloves two Sydney teams play it at ANZ or Allianz. If it's an out of Sydney team play it at the home ground.

Makes sense so doubt the NRL adopt that approach although would prefer the massive homebush stadium is left for GF only if possible.
