Can anyone help me, me and my son signed up for the first time, me as an interstate member and my little fella (he is 2 and a half) as a gals pal (we live in Perth). We want to know if you have a gals pals membership do you get your name on the Jersey? Thanks heaps.

depends when you signed up. I think Australia day, or near it was the cut off to sign up and have your name on it. The jerseys would already be made

Yep, all comes down to dates, Gals Pals members get their names on jersey.

But I just realised that we still don't have an away jersey for this year... do we?

I guess they were waiting for a sponsor and then it got forgotten.

Well we just played Bulldogs which is probably our closest colour clash. So IMO we shouldnt require an away (alternate i believe it is called) jersey anyway.

I would rather, if all teams required an away or alternate jersey they be all white based (like our trial jersey) or just plain horizontal stripes.

I hate seeing white jerseys every week. I'd rather if the colours were just changed round. Eg sharks changed to dominate black, broncos dominate yellow etc etc.

I have been wanting a sharks heritage jersey TBH so I'm not upset at all at this years members jersey!

I buy one when I renew my membership each year ... I have every members jersey since they started.. At least they are never the same

I believe the Black jersey is still our away jersey, We just haven't had to use it this year.

They were never 'away jerseys'. was an alternate. We wore the black jersey a few times at home if i remember correctly. But considering we didnt have to change our jersey against Bulldogs, who have dark blue and white, I dont see any other teams we can't wear the normal hoops jersey and be totally recognisable anyway

I reckon last years members jersey (which was kind of a flash back to the early '00s jersey) could be a cool jersey to have as an alternate.
