What i found strange, but not really surprising was that a bloke like Dugan got a nomination for fullback of the year. Forget the fact he got sacked by his team, he hardly played any football anyway. Not being biased but Mick Gordon deserved a nomination way more than that prick. He played majority of the season, and has missed pretty much 2 seasons prior with leg injuries. Not to mention his team actually went into the finals.

I thought it was strange Dugan got nominated too, after all his troubles. Yet, Minichello and Gordon weren't even nominated.
I thought it was strange that Toovey wasn't nominated for Coach of the Year either.
Burgess nominated as a prop, played lock majority of the year. Smith beating Friend and Luke? hahaha. Taufua not even being nominated for Winger of the Year.
Do the NRL have any idea?

The more I learn, the more I realise the Dally M isn't really what it's cracked up to be.

If a bloke like Orford can win, it's not that great.
