I understand your frustration but don't worry too much about it. If the worst case scenario happens and the cards don't arrive before the first home game you will still be able to get in by going to the club before the game and I think they give a temporary pass. An inconvenience, I know but atleast you know that in the unlikely event that the cards don't arrive in time that you will still get into the game.

I convinced a mate of mine to become a member this year and he just received his membership pack today. He was very happy with most of it except for the hat. As mentioned by others earlier, it is ridiculously small! Is this a mistake, have they sent out kids hat's? Is it possible to exchange it for a larger size?

It is not a good first impression for a new member, is all I'm saying...

I have not yet recieved any correspondance from the club about renewing our family membership in the ET stand which we have held for 3 years...

After submitting the forms in November I have sent 3 or 4 email requests for information AND rung the club...


I feel like an unwanted customer!!!

and I still dont know if our membership application has been recieved or processed.

Can you tell me if a specific date has been set for the delivery of our season ticket membership passes?

It is now getting close to the start of the season and I'm just wanting to know. I have received my membership pack.

I did read the previous pages young Snowy, but I was asking for a specific date of delivery - all the answers so far have been along the lines that it will be shipped at a later date. What later date? I thought the club would know when they were sending them all out, that's all. And now that it is closer to the season start, I thought they would now have more of an idea of the date they are being sent out. I will wait patiently, no worries. And if by some chance they don't get to me by Round 2, I do know that I can probably still get in by showing my membership receipt.

No worries Snowman - I guess we're all excited about this season and can't wait for it to start. Everyone wants that membership stuff in their hands before Round 2. But I'm sure all will be fine!
Must make sure I make myself known to you next time we are both at Shark Park - Fitz and Gil have pointed you out to me across the field but I haven't shook your hand to say g'day as yet. Hopefully you'll be there at Shark Park for Round 2.

Never thought of myself as being a newby before having supported the Sharks for 39 years and been a member for the past four years. But when I compare my 804 posts to your 22,000 then yes, I am a newby!
