I see you're not so happy with sweeping generalisations when it comes to your generation...
And what gernation are you referring to. The term used was just 'old'. I wouldnt exactly call those in their 30's, 40's and 50's old people.
Mate, its just my opinon based on experiences in my own work place and dealings with the 18-25 bracket in various shops and business.
You dont have to agree but gen Y, whatever they are, I just dont think care enough or provide good enough customer service in those positions.
