Or maybe the coaching staff dont like the way he applys himself at training? Believing his own hype to early and didn want to sign him and have him feel as if the club owes him.
We have bird as a right centre for the next 6 years. No loss imo

I hope it is this guy and he gets focused on Footy .
Played Junior reps for NZ at Union and League . Looks a strong type with apparently speed .
Fingers crossed .

Bird will move to lock/backrow in a couple of years imo, 2017 or 2018. Just my opinion.

Thats a bit of the feeling i got,but there again i only watched a couple of games.
