I think Lyal knows more than we do. Of course he does. He didnt stand them down on sunday, i dont think David was officially stood down sunday anyway, but by monday arvo they were. Id say in that next 24 hours more information and reports were gathered and decision made.

lol yeah I'd say you're right.

I guess with SKD if they find out in **** knows how long down the track he is guilty the Chooks can look at the NRL and say "well.. What do ya know? He told us he didn't do it." They can't be accused of being any less active on the matter than the NRL themselves who've chosen not to trump them and enforce a sit down.

It is **** that this is getting more oxygen and outrage though and I think thats what pisses people off and creates that want for more of a siege mentality within the Club.

One of you smart ones has to wrote into the Nrl, daily and Nrl 360 to sum up what we are all feeling about the treatment of the fifs in comparison to these much bigger scandals in Rugby League at the moment.

The SKD thing though cant be played out in the press in any other way than what it is. The NRL however do have the power to stand a bloke down while under investigation and thats exactly what they should do.

They are still having an epic whinge about it on talking sport and the geriatric listeners are ringing up and chiming in.

They are saying that we should have dealt with it quicker and he should have been stood down on Sunday. They are praising the Penrith Junior league for dealing with it so swiftly. Of course, we are a rabble etc.

Ridiculous.

Graeme just bought up the Flash situation. I thinks it's their link with Flash through One Solutions that's brought the knives out for Lyall.

I actually normally enjoy the Talkin Sport program but the One Solutions/Flash non release saga has seen us be a target when given the chance by Hughes & the team, up until that we got a fair go from them.

The sooner One Solutions stop sponsoring their program the better for us.

Agree, I think we would all agree the ADASA scandal was far worse for us & on that exact program we were given a very good run by them, thank god the Flash situation wasn't around the same time.

This is this most disgusting thing about this whole thing. The media and public are going to town on the Sharks and the Fifitas. SKD is up for selection in the next game or so. What is wrong with the world? The Fifitas need a huge kick up the date and depending on the outcome, possibly some time out of the game. SKD needs to be sat down until the trial, if found guilty he needs to be OUT of the game.

I usually don't mind it. Hughes in particular is usually really fair in arguing that people are entitled to fair procedures etc. But on this occasion it's not important for some reason.
