Ladies and gentlemen,
Haven't had chance to get back faster, however here is some of the answers in red from feedback that was given. It is still a work in progress however keep it coming in.
1. Prior to game, beer service at club is slow. some staff looked to be out of sorts. – Will pass onto Leagues Club
2. PA issue - Its quite loud and higher pitched noise from speakers. Might need to check on ground. – OK. Will do
3. food service - was slow prior to game, and average during the game. Ie: running out of condements. catering in the SW were not impressive. Prices are all over the shop. – Will pass onto caterers
4. Parking - still an issue, they are understand there isnt any however some can not use public transport as they are elderly or disabled. – there are disabled spots in the leagues club that are available for use
5. Development area - though they saw kids in it. Just worried if it was locked off. – ok. Will pass on
6. Advertising during game - Avoid it as possible. only when there is breaks in play, not when penalites or replays of tries are happening. – we are looking at this. We do have responsibilities towards our sponsors, but understand that these ads need to be limited.
7. Cronulla Pie Shop Pies - GOOD! – I reckon!!!
8. Whats happening with the calls of 19 mins and 67 mins of Sharkies and Players surname being called out. – we are working up to this… still a work in progress
9. TVs underneath Peter Burns Stand had them showing soccer not the game. – I will pass onto the Leagues Club

"I was killing time before the game and went up to one of the membership tents out the front of the ground. I did let the que die down though it was never so big as to be uninviting.
Told them I was existing member and wanted to sign up again and a few scribbles on a page and my payment, was all done in about 2 minutes, quicker than me stuffing around on the website, so was really easy.
Said I could pick it up next game or have it mailed out and I asked for it to be mailed. Was positive experience but just hope they got enough details from me and that they mail to the correct address and doesn't take too long so will have to wait and see on that element.
I also thought the letter from Lyall asking members to renew was a nice touch " – Good to hear, will pass onto Membership
11. Bar lines before and during game drink line have bee long. a suggestion is to have an express line for members or even have drinks pre ordered for pick up. – this is currently being investigated
12. Discounts for members on Game day merch, drink and so on. Cheaper for family coming to game. – COLOR="#FFA07A"] I will pass this onto Membership [/COLOR]
13. Do like the post game bring members only. – not sure what you mean here
14. TAB van - is it coming back? – It was not very successful last year, however I believe the commercial team is looking at this
15. like the idea for kiss cam, however like to see the cam venture around the area, not just on ET. – we are looking at doing this, however the on field camera is a cable camera, so does not allow for a great amount of movement around the Stadium
16. Not to many adds in the game, maybe at half times or breaks in play. – we are looking to address this
17. Toilets under Peter burn stand have been a mess before game. Toilets Not working in NE corner of stadium. – will give notify venue operations
18. Bang for Buck with Coffee vendors - for same price they are getting less coffee this yr – will forward through to caterers.
