Great updates guys! Got to listen to the last 10 mins on radio.

Anyone one wanna run through the standouts? Who really stepped it up come the pressure of of the GF? And who proved they can't be overlooked for some games next year?

IMO the best players were Moors, Auva'a, Lichaa, Politoni and both halves had decent games despite some poor kicking

Auva'a was one if, if not our best. Moors was also phenomenal. Lichaa and Politoni were both good from the ruck and Gards was safe all day. Robinson, Fifita and Taufua were all strong up the middle. Peachey, Sopoaga and Vave were quiet I thought.

Stapleton was our worst.

MINOR premiers Cronulla overcame a tardy start and scorching weather to win Sunday's NSW Cup Grand Final with an emphatic 36-8 win over Windsor Wolves at ANZ Stadium.

Still waiting for their maiden first grade title, the Sharks scored six tries to two as the mercury soared well over the 30-degree mark.

Cronulla, who are a feeder side to Melbourne as well as the Sharks, scored 18 unanswered points after the break.

The Wolves scored first through giant Fijian winger Eto Nabuli and made all the early running.

Gradually, Cronulla took over, with halfback Chad Townsend controlling play well.

Five-eighth Penanai Manumalealii bamboozled two defenders with a big left foot step to get the Sharks on the board.

Penrith-bound lock Tyrone Peachey was next to cross for Cronulla, but Nabuli palmed off a defender to notch his second try and get Windsor within four points.

That was as close as the Wolves were able to get.

Michael Lichaa burrowed over for a timely try just before halftime, as the Sharks headed for the sheds with an 18-8 buffer.

In the second half, centre Kirisome Auva'a crossed twice and forward Junior Moors once, as Cronulla took even greater control.

On a side note, congradulations to the career of Mark Taufua which I believe came to an end this afternoon.

Awesome that we could send him out on a high note.
