Its funny my old roomate lastyear whose canadian wanted to look for that movie here, but she couldn't find it because its airplane in Canada

Why? Play next to Thurston. Be a 5/8 dream wouldn't it, play with the best. And im pretty sure Carney has mates up there, so wouldn't be a stranger. But i don't see it happening.

i would be surprised if the cowboys did move for carney or lui...

they have ray thompson who was fitting the system perfectly, and michael parker-walsh, who sounds like he ripped australia apart in the junior game

still though, a carney/thurston combo would be best in the league by far

Yea they don't need either of them. But hey we don't need more backrowers and we still try to sign them.

It would make a huge improvement to their side if they signed one of them but I doubt they will.

I remember the coach of the cows openly declaring a few weeks ago that they have no money left in their cap, and have no interest in signing him at all.

No clubs could compete with our offer. And if it's true he wants to stay in Sydney then I can't see him playing anywhere else but with the sharks

Anybody else just wishing that the speculation would end and the deal done?

I can appreciate the hard work that sharks staff must be putting in and that these things take time. But geeez isn't it painful having to continually read rumor after rumor.

I can only hope this is done sometime this week, if it drags on into next week i may have to impose a self ban on all forms of media.

Mate I'm currently right in the thick of my hsc and I can't stop checking the forums when it's finally announced haha
