if school games are senior games fair call, but thats ****, if its rep games, norths qld.... end discussion

It's still absolutely wrong though.

He only played for the Norths Devils as they were Melbourne's reserve grade/feeder club side at the time.

He joined the Cheating Scum in 2002 as a 15 year old.

Had the Scum had the junior structures in place then that they have now, Inglis would be a Blues player, pure and simple.

The sooner he ****s off to AFL the better.

Was just going to watch the game this morning as I was at Uni last night but the score line is to much of laugh to even bother.

Bellyache and the selectors must go but I doubt that would happen.

SOO is nothing more then a waste of time.

Peter Peters: Blues need to appoint Stuart

Ricky Stuart has to stand down from the Sharks, effective immediately, and be handed the reins to the NSW team if the Blues are to be any chance of ending this embarrassing run of defeats at the hands of Queensland.

Cronulla and Stuart should part ways now and let next year's boss Shane Flanagan take over, freeing Stuart to become the first NSW coach without a club affiliation.

Craig Bellamy is a dead man walking. He has run of out answers after three years at the helm of a sinking ship.

Two wins in eight starts against the Maroons says it all.

Maybe he's not the super coach many have portrayed him.

We'd be doing him a favour by letting him slip quietly out the back door rather than face up to another flogging in game three.

Mal Meninga has shown you don't need to be a genius at NRL level to succeed in the Origin furnace.

Stuart is passionate, knows what it takes to succeed at Origin and international level and doesn't suffer defeat easily.

Give him a three-year contract, inject some decent funds into setting up sort of juniors to Origin program and get rid of the tired old blazer brigade at the NSWRL.

Some of those involved in this year's series should not come within 1000 miles of an Origin side again.

The Blues camp leading into Origin II was a shambles and a disaster.
That couldn't even arrange to get the entire team on the bus to get to the ground.

The Blues' minds were elsewhere and it showed in the start to the game.
It was over after 12 minutes and I found myself flicking over to Les and co. at the World Cup to numb the pain.

NSW is stuck in a time warp and the Maroons have zoomed right past us and could dominate for the next five years unless there are some drastic changes within the Blues set-up.

Stuart doesn't suffer fools and would instigate a clean-out of players and staff he deems not up to it.

Believe me, it's a long list.

Thank God the NRL is back on so I can break out of my Origin depression.
This week I like Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Manly, St George Illawarra, Wests Tigers and the Eels.

See you next week when my podcast mates Adam and Bulldog, the last of the Blues believers, return from their Brisbane purgatory.

Forget all that crap.

The rules are the rules, and according to the rules Inglis is NSW. End of story.

All in all I thought it was a pretty lame contest last night but then again I'm not a big fan of SOO.

In my opinion, the wholesale disruption to the NRL season that this causes just isn't worth it. I've got no dramas with a State v State match in the off-season. I think the risk of a Club losing a marquee player by them playing SOO or through rep-acquired injury or suspension is completely unfair on the Club side.

Anyway... that's just my .02 of a dollar's worth.

Oh, and another thing... I hope that idiot who yelled out "Queenslander" in the Minute's Silence for the two fallen soldiers in Afghanistan was frog-marched out of the stadium and given a good swift boot in the tailpipe. What a tool.

if it was, im sure the nrl would of stepped in, but i posted the rules at the time of 06, so under the rules, he is a qlder

This isn't up for discussion snowman. It is an open and shut case and everything you say just makes you look silly.

He is a NSW player under the rules. This wasn't 'found out' until he'd already played for QLD and NSW didn't put up a fight. Nothing else needs to be said. There is absolutely no way to argue against these facts and it is general knowledge to anyone who knows anything about Rugby League and has been for some time.

mate i agree with you 150% mark, he is a nsw player for sure, i have him in school photos, but i posted the email, which claims his first game was for norths or burleigh what ever it is.
i have never heard of people claiming school games as first senior games. i was under the impression that inglis was in the same category as mat rogers, who attended a high school in the shire but played footy in qld... correct me if im wrong
