Sure. It referes to your vice captain/captain.
If your captain ends up ruled out and gets a 0, your vice will get doubled instead. You can manipulate this by picking a VC that plays before your Captain. If the VC scores big, you can put the C on a player who you know isn't playing/will score 0. This means that your VC will get doubled and you'll get the lowest score off your bench (auto emergency aka AE) in place of your C. This is referred to as the VC Loophole, or the Loop for short.
In this situation, I don't have any players from the titans on the bye, nor do I have any other injured/non scoring players other than Iro. So if I put the VC on Nicho, the only way I could make it work is by using a trade to get another 0 in, which isn't worth doing.
Generally, the accepted score to perform the loop is 120+. This is usually high enough to justify bringing in what is often a low 20 or so score from your bench as the AE. Any lower, and it starts to not be as worth doing. This can change if all your non playing players are scoring well though.

Here's a random example I found on FB. The team on the right had Walsh as VC score 116. So he put the C on a non player and therefore got Doorey as an AE. This is why you always see people putting their VC as someone who plays in a game before their C.
