Agree with Wiz, he hasn't been the same since

Missing some bad tackles and hasn't been as good with the ball

The bloke is wrecked , and that is not his fault

FMD Hunt gets 10 mins and Dale has taken Moylans spot in the stadium

Yet 90% of the forum reckons he should be playing huge minutes every week.

If only there was some other bloke who was a great ruck defender who could share the load ;)

Wasn't even joking, came home after sinking some beers and smashing a pizza at my desk and couldn't even remember why Dale wasn't playing for us anymore

Prob took some blokes head off and busted his shoulder at the same time similar to how you suggest

Can he play lock though is the question.
In Cup - yes. He played heaps of lock at Wynnum. He's also played there at least once for the Jets - possibly more. Stayed on as a running forward when Healey came on.

In the NRL? You'd have to try it and see.

If he can get busy and is effective in defense he can help tighten up the middle during game, which would be his main purpose. Could also get him to do dummy half runs or dummy work at times, giving Brailey a breather while still on, instead of totally taking over at hooker.

Thats if you didnt want Moylan or a back as utility, who would most likely sit the bench majority of the game unless there was an injury. A fresh mobile and fast player who can defend in the middle brought on around the 60th minute mark could make a difference, instead of throwing moylan on within the last 10 mins just to give him game time.
