I just remembered the ref called milking on Talakai while his leg was being held up in the air. Doesn’t even affect the outcome, just moronic refereeing

Bloke will get a Cronulla jersey next week with a performance like that

Definitely our worst performance of the year, very reminiscent of the finals game against souths last year, we just didn't look in the game at all

Its a G up thats our home game. Brisbane havent played out of QLD since round 1.
After reading your post, I had to look it up. How come they only play a few games outside of QLD? What is the logic behind this one sided draw?

More concerning for me than the missed tackles or ball control was the piss poor attitude. Who was backing up when the Nut made a break? There were a couple of other examples as well.

I think we get a bit carried away with our own press sometimes and start believing we're better than we are.

Until we start performing on the big stage or against well drilled teams we're pretenders imo.

Pretty sure the ref was the one missing tackles and dropping the pill.
Sometimes we weren’t even the ones dropping it, ref just said we were anyway. Hard to just play better than not even making a mistake but still being punished.

I don’t personally follow how people can think a referee has no impact on the game, happy to agree to disagree on it though, but just to confirm as one of the people who thought the ref was bad - we think the sharks were worse, we don’t think the referee is even close to solely responsible for the loss

We look really flat footed, wouldn’t surprise me if some of the boys were under the weather. Looked lethargic at stages

Not like we are unbeatable in Cronulla - don’t really care that it was our home game or not personally
Yeah but it was Dolphins and broncos actual home ground and it counts as an away game for them both
Minor details but it means we Sharks/Manly have only 11 home games where they both have 13 home games.
I wonder how revenue, ticket sales and all the other good stuff work out?

It would make a lot more sense if it was their actual home game given it is

Give the team a rocket and put some of them on notice, thats the medicine they need, you'll see miraculous recoveries 👨🏻‍⚕️

Apparently we get something like $200k i think snow mentioned that before, and that we were happy for a home game to get the coin

Manly have been selling a home game to Brisbane since before Magic round started.

Cronulla could have knocked back the dollars and not had a home game.
