Moylan also terrible under high ball and Foran will trouble him

No Tolman tomorrow apparently. He’s been quarantined

damn, I was hoping he could show our mugs what no fuss hardwork in the forwards looks like

Sharks v Bulldogs, Sunday 6.30pm at Bankwest Stadium
Sharks: Veteran Bryson Goodwin will come straight onto the wing in place of Mawene Hiroti after returning to his junior club this week. Coach John Morris said it was "a great story" to have Goodwin back in black, white and blue after he made his NRL debut for the club in 2007. "I think he brings something like 170 NRL games of experience, which is crucial for us given the amount of experience we lost this year," Morris said. Cronulla will assess Matt Moylan's hamstring tightness on Sunday morning before deciding whether he will play. If Moylan is cleared, Morris said the former Origin star will start at fullback.

Jack Williams returns to the starting side at lock with Toby Rudolf to come off the interchange, while Siosifa Talakai and Royce Hunt replace Connor Tracey and Scott Sorensen on the bench. The Sharks have won five of their past six games against the Bulldogs.

**** me coach morris can talk it up aye (re goodwin) although I will admit his positivity and looking on the bright side is kinda refreshing to most coaches

jack williams to start at lock is a bad call, same with not starting rudolf

I really can’t be arsed about this game.

I’ll watch it but I have zero confidence we can do anything and even less we can score points.

A lot of things have to change before we start winning games again.

the kinda game that even if you win it doesn't tell you much. dogs are bad but we really do need the 2 points to stay alive and a win at this stage is prob still worth celebrating , how dire our team is

is dogs fire up like dragons they will challenge us, if they dont fire up we should still win

Foran will show how a busted ass half is supposed to play. pay attention SJ

It’s nearly time to crack open a frosty vodka and raspberry and settle in doors and await this much anticipated clash of the current NRL heavyweights. Lose this an without a doubt it will be us, titans and warriors fighting it out for the spoon. And whilst I don’t necessarily agree with it not sure a plummet that far down the ladder will save Bomber’s job which will lead to even more upheaval at our beloved club. I get that the dogs are short on talent (unlike us) they genuinely try their hardest, which we are guilty of being the opposite.
Thus far we have been schooled by
Benji and Dufty past two loses so I’m half expecting a Foran masterclass of yester year. Sharks 20-8 (no confidence)

Good rev up again Vic.

I think a lot of our fortunes depend on Moylan.

1. makes it through game uninjured

2. takes the first bomb cleanly to give him a confidence boost. There's no doubt the doggies will test him out

Who knows until an hour before kick off egg.

Lewis out means nothing, he’s no world beater. Has some errors in his game so might’ve been good for him to play.

I still have no confidence in this side, coach Morris, Moylan, SJ and our world class halfback.

Here are the only things I’m confident we’ll see:

(1) Rudolf trying his guts out, making metres and tackling everything in his way.
(2) Brailey scheming around the ruck but not getting any support.
(3) BHU making an impact when he comes on.

.

pretty much I reckon you're on the money, based on recent outings.

we need the biggest kick up the behind, especially some of our key players.

I'm hoping bryson brings a bit of experience out the back, but he's been thrown in.

Would like to some intensity. Roosters- parra game - there was intensity there; two form sides. we have yet to adjust our game. sadly that world class half back we have has done little for a long time; and really offers nothing. good halfbacks take ownership in sides and can control games. Chad hasn't, and everytime commentators say 'premiership winning halfback', he was a passenger sadly.

enjoy the game all

Don’t give us any chance today. And don’t really care. Last weeks performance is still fresh in my mind.

I’m resigned to the fact we are siiht this year, so it’s these games against other equally tripe like opposition I’m more nervous about...

He was cut from the squad 24 hours before, so is definitely out. Agree with you that it doesn't mean much though.

Agreed. Talakai and Hunt to have massive games. They’ll bring a massive amount of energy from the bench
