Here's a mock article I wrote and posted on the West Brom supporters forum for a bit of a laugh about our present predicament.
If you go on there, I'm Aussie Baggie.
For some reason the posters on there believe I am off my rocker, or I've been to Darwin recently or I drink 4XXX.

BAGGIES SURVIVE AND THRIVE
The EPL season came to a close yesterday and without a doubt the success story, apart from Manchester City's dominance, was West Bromwich Albion's remarkable resurgence towards the top ten.
With former Manager Tony Pulis sacked last November, Alan Pardew came in and despite a rocky start, steered them away from the relegation zone and has seen them finish the season in 11th place.
Baggies fans will look back at a match against Stoke City in December which the Albion won easily 6-0. Salomon Rondon bagged a hatrick in that game and only Harry Kane finished the season with more goals to his name. This game saw the return of Nacer Chadli and Matt Phillips from long term injuries and their presence coupled with that of youngsters Oliver Burke and Sam Field saw them account for Stoke easily.
From that point on, their confidence soared and along with Alan Pardew's controversial dropping of Jake Livermore, they began to attack and take it up to every team they faced. Only Manchester City had their measure and it was a 1-0 loss where several chances went begging. Burke became a real menace and Albion began to pick up points on a regular basis.
Pardew will now look to strengthen his squad and after not being able to bring any players in during the January window. It now seems Albion is the place to go and agents are peppering Pardew with requests to consider their players.
Well done to West Brom, if only they had sacked Tony Pulis earlier, they could have been challenging for the title had Pardew had been in charge.
