I don’t know enough about Tuchel to say that but I do know he had them one point off the top and he finished top of their Champions League group. Then they sack him on Christmas Eve. Brutal.

I think Tuchel will be at Arsenal before the end of the season.

One point off the top in Ligue 1 when you have the side he does, with Mbappe and Neymar is ordinary. His chance to win the UCL was last season, after getting Atalanta and Leipzig in one leg ties in the QF/SF. Year before he bottled it against an out of sorts Utd in the last 16.

Poch is a big upgrade. Wonder whether the stars will now align for Tuchel to join Arsenal.

Ok I know this the Europa League but I feel this needs to be pointed out. Spurs just got knocked out of the Europa League by Dinamo Zagreb. A team who’s manager has just been convicted of Fraud and Embezzlement and sentenced to four years jail.

Then to top it off, Jose Mourinho said in a post match interview that his team “failed at the basics of life”...........LOOOOL.

Stan Sports have picked up the Champions League, Europa League and Arsenal’s new favourite tournament: The European Conference League.

This is terrible news as it fragments football even further down here. You know have to buy five seperate streaming services to watch both local and European football.

Channel 10/Paramount Plus: A-League, W-League, Asians Champions League, Asian Cup and all Australian International Football (Mens and Womens including U23’s)
Optus Sports: English Premier League and Copa America
Channel 9/Stan Sports: All three European club competitions.
Foxtel/Kayo/BeIN sport: English Carabao Cup, English Championship, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundasliga, Scottish Premier League and MLS.
Sports Flick: K-League, Chinese Super League, Austrian Bundasliga and the Women’s UEFA Champions League.
