Whatever happened to Rashays (post #4654) ?
Yeah they were clearly only in it for that one game exposure it seems. Defn prefer the current sponsors we have.

Same haha thought we'd tout that. Burritos & decriminalized weed - strong sell IMO.
Every time you bought a bowl, they donated one to a 3rd world country, in this case it was the Nortbourne Ave flats
I'm a little confused with the deal with LCI Partners. Nowhere in the presser is sponsorship mentioned. They are referred to as 'the Official Sharks Membership Partner' so what is the benefit to the club, other than giving ticketed members a free scarf advertising LCI PARTNERS.
I can see lots of benefits for LCI, apart from having their ****ty scarf with it's tiny Sharks logo waved at games, such as having access to our membership base to advertise their services.
I may be old and cynical so could someone please explain to me the benefits to our club from this 'partnership'. If this is the BIG announcement we have been waiting for, I personally am grossly under-whelmed.
https://www.sharks.com.au/news/2021/02/26/lci-partners-partner-up-with-the-sharks/
LCI Partners, one of the leading business advisory firms in New South Wales, serving over 2,500 clients across Australia and New Zealand, has aligned with the Sharks.
Founded over 30 years ago and with office offices throughout Sydney, LCI Partners becomes the Official Sharks Membership Partner ahead of the kick-off to the 2021 season.
....
The new arrangement, which is for one season with an eye to extending the partnership into the future, will see LCI Partners offer advice and financial solutions, mortgage reviews and a five-minute financial health check to the Sharks membership base.
Ben Ross, Sharks Membership manager, revealed LCI Partners were also set to look after the Club’s 2021 members in another way, providing free scarfs to seated/ticketed members to help keep them warm during the cold winter months.
....
Of anyone, we should never feel underwhelmed about a new sponsor.
Welcome aboard scarf lords
Doesn't sound as though we're getting cash from them unless I read the article incorrectly.
Sounds as though they're providing free/cheap services to certain groups of members?
I think Orporto didn't something similar few years back
I have 2013 (I think) members' backpack with their name on it. Can't remember what they did though.
That would have us with a full sponsored jersey. I though we were close to having full jersey (and kit) sponsored alreadyLCI are paying us, not much though
We still have 2 more to announce hopefully
