Just to **** with us some more, here's Jada Taylor both with and without a sling in the same article.

These are clearly taken on different days though. She's in different clothes.

Might have done the same with Riolo. Training vid may have been from a month ago for all we know.

They are at a D minus for the pre-season so far.

Jada also posted something the other day wearing both a sling and a boot.

Tune in next week for a hill sprints and full body cast compilation.

Hopefully whatever she's got going on just minor stuff and be all good to hit the ground running post Xmas and New Years

Yeah, few injuries earlier in the year so hopefully just a couple of cleanups.

The Harold Mathews got clobbered, but the SG boys won.
Souths had a couple of really big units in their SG side.
Idk who #17 for the Sharks was in the SG, but he scored a super single handed effort plus he looks a livewire

Cheers mate.

Souths put both games up on Youtube. Game starts at the 5 minute mark.

For SG Ball I'll watch, grab some highlights as GIFs and put up any names the commentators I can figure out.

There's also this gallery which could help with some close ups maybe, but given a lot of front ons probably not too much

Yeah - bugger all chance of identifying anyone from this game - except #41 who someone in the chat said is Sifa's brother.

Coach said most of the returning players are rested, so these are mostly new guys.

The day ended on a high with the SG Ball (under 19s) recording a six-tries-to-one win as coach Dave Howlett utilised a 26-man side, handing minutes to players from Queensland, New Zealand and the under 18s development squad.

"It was a great little window into the depth the club has and an opportunity to show the club and their teammates what they can do as a player," Howlett said.

"I like giving opportunities to young fellas ... It's exciting for them to come and play for a team that's aligned with an NRL club and they all did themselves proud."
Quality of what you'd expect from the first trial of the year in searing heat. A lot of dropped ball, clunky combinations and poor ends to sets.

Can't say too many were impressive for the Sharks. They used a lot of players.

- Starting props #8 and #10 both looked good.
- #41 (right centre/wing) had some nice touches and defended well but made an error or two.
- #18 definitely the pick of the halves. Kicking game from was sharp, took the line on, and defended well
- #17 (second half fullback) was good too. Scored 2 tries from kicks and made a nice try-saver.
- #3 (wing/centre) would be a weapon if he didn't drop it every second touch.

@Seenoevil it was #19 (bench hooker) who scored the individual try (not #17). He had some good scoots and was better in the second but his service was garbage in the first half.

Will pop up some GIFs soon.

I knew that 😎 just seeing if I could put one over you lol
Now I know how I keep getting on wrong buses haha

Hopefully something he can work on, but he sure can scoot , against boys of course

Look forward to your GIFs

Had to love the souths commentators willing one of the souths big units over to score
There were a couple of big guys on our side too, but with the heat and all hard to know what was a reliable guide
But good for all of them who participated

I noticed that #3 too, he was a big boy, not sure about his tackling ability but can pass right to left at least

@stormshark I see Ethan Ferguson has chucked it in and is just going to play local footy now. Apparently happened a while ago.

Ridiculously talented player who was running over kids older and bigger than him for shits and giggles. Just shows how many things needs to line up for a player to become a success. Wish him the best. Could be anything if he puts it together.

Burgo, i did not know that, real shame, the pressure and move to Syd perhaps. Maybe a move home and Newcastles reach may change it. 100% so much effort and commitment already been put in personally and by others in these scenarios, to get Kids up.. I see in some Parts Rep footy under 12/state etc has been stopped, good idea. The distances for Country kids, to travel early days takes its toll. Bloody shame, there's my one prediction kybosched, one to go. Underscores what a triumph someone like Liam Martin has achieved. Sharks 21's Forward Down here is Paaua Papuni-Abbot at the Storm, originally from nth/Nth Island NZ

Yeah. Parents, schools and club committees love their rep footy so there has been plenty of opposition to that. Better to keep the serious stuff and all the travel until it's really needed though. Let them be kids.

There are more and more guys becoming NRL players now who weren't in anyone's system at 16/17 or who aged out of u20's without an NRL contract.
